To produce our building regs package we work from your original plan drawings (ideally in .dwg format) adding specific notes and annotations from our comprehensive library. Our library has been developed over time, ensuring it is building regs, CDM, and accredited details compliant. This library is continually added to and updated giving you confidence of its accuracy. We also compile simple section drawings which we then annotate with 1:20 detailed scale drawings showing the details of construction, approved documents that the details relate to, U-values for compliance, and which (if any) accredited details are relevant. Where necessary, we organise any structural and SAP calculations and include these within our regs package.

Once everything is ready, we act as your agent and submit everything to building control (either local council or a private inspector) as a full plans application. During the plan check process we discuss anything necessary with building control to achieve approval.

During this whole process we give you access to your own ‘My Project’ link where we share with you the expected timetable for your project, and update you as to our progress.
